During the couple weeks before Christmas, we spent some time during circle time reading What Should Danny Do? to find out how our choices lead to consequences and what heroes do when they make the wrong choice. We read the story several times and the Discovery heroes voted for Danny to make different choices. It was interesting for the heroes to see the great day Danny had when he made all good choices, the awful day he had when he made all bad choices, as well as the way Danny felt after he corrected his mistake and decided to make good choices for the rest of his day.
The heroes also worked hard during work time and quest time and played hard during free time.
