Investigation: Session 2 Week 3

We are in our E-ship Quest, and had a great time learning about hiring people, using assembly lines, deciding whether it's best to pay employees by the product or by the hour, quality control, etc., etc.  We put all these into action with our Sandwhich Making Competition. We combined with Innovation and split into 2 teams that had 5 minutes to make sandwiches based on their best team strategy (they both chose assembly lines). Both teams got 5 points for doing the work for 5 minutes. Then they switched to getting points per sandwhich they made, with quality control determining if the sandwiches were done properly. When they were done they had around 75 sandwiches to donate to a local shelter. Lots of great lessons learned all around!!
